
BE PREPARED TO WORK HARD and SWEAT!
• BRING: 1 large towel, 1 hand towel, bottled water, and a mat. (Water can be purchased at the studio. Mats and towels can be either rented or purchased as well.)
• First time students, please arrive 20 minutes early.
• All students need to arrive 15 minutes early as front door will be locked promptly at class time.
• Classes are 90 minutes, Ballet Workout is 75 minutes, and both Children’s Yoga and Pre-Natal are 1 hour.
• Hot Ballet Workout- 45 min. of Ballet Barre and 30 min. of Floor stretch.
• The room is heated to help muscles relax, thus allowing deeper and safer stretching.
• Women wear leotards or shorts and top, men wear shorts or bathing suit.
• Yoga should be performed on an empty stomach.
• Private instruction available for yoga, ballet and pre-natal yoga.Call studio for more information.
Hot Yoga
This 90 minute yoga class combines hatha, vinyasa, astanga poses done in the same sequence. This class stresses form, alignment, flexibilty. This hot yoga series was designed by Ann to challenge each student to reach their highest potential in each class no matter what the student's level is.
Music Class
The music class is the 90 minute sequence of poses done to music. The music varies each time.No dialogue is spoken.
Hot Ballet Workout
The Ballet/Work-out is a moderately heated 75 minute class starting on the floor to align the spine, strengthen your center and open the hips. The rest of the class is a series of ballet exercises which are done at the barre. The class varies each time depending on the level of the students.Beginners are welcome.
Power Flow Vinyasa
This class is now a 90 minute class working all aspects of the body combining breath and it runs together movementins in a flowing sequence of poses. It is done in a moderately heated room. Each class varies depending on the student's level.
Restorative Yoga
This class
combines traditional Hatha Yoga poses with Pranayama, Short Meditation &
Relaxation. It's perfect complement to your Hot Yoga & Vinyasa practice.
Children's Yoga
The children's yoga class is one hour long. It is only for children ages 7-11 years old. It is a more free form yoga class in which the children learn a sequence of yoga poses while the teacher encourages them to explore for themselves all the wonderful healing aspects of their yoga practice.
Pre-Natal Yoga
The Pre-Natal yoga class is one hour and is not done in the heat. It is a series of yoga poses and stretches which focus on breath, form and alignment for the expectant mother. They must be scheduled privately or semi-privately.
